Who We Are
The Mic Mob is a collective of working voice actors and creators.
Our Discord server helps connect producers and directors with talent for their creative projects. Our actors work in games, game mods, commercials, voice overs, fan dubs, and indie productions.
Free and paid opportunities are shared openly, giving actors space to build credits, relationships, and range.
Every month, the Mob Challenge gives members short scripts to produce with SFX and music, designed to stretch, experiment, and refine their craft.

How It Works
Apply to Join
Interested voice actors and creators complete a short vetting form. We’re professional, but very fun and supportive too.
Connect & Collaborate
Inside the server, producers and directors post free and paid projects directly to the community.
Participate in the Monthly Mob Challenge
Members who wish to participate receive short scripts designed to stretch range and sharpen craft in a creative, low-pressure environment.
Apply to Join the Mic Mob
Complete a short form so we can learn about your background and creative focus. Applications are reviewed to maintain a professional, collaborative environment.
Voice Actor
Trained and/or experienced performer ready to audition for projects shared within the Mic Mob. We are not an entry-level training space, but a collective for actors actively working on their craft.
Creator
Producer or director with a clearly defined project to share. We primarily support games, game mods, fan dubs, podcasts, and independent productions. Projects may be free or paid, but must be organized, respectful of talent, and aligned with collaborative standards.
NAVI AI Rider Policy
The Mic Mob requires all creators posting projects within the collective to agree to the NAVI Artificial Intelligence Rider.
This rider protects voice talent from unauthorized use of recordings for artificial intelligence, voice cloning, machine learning, or synthetic “digital double” creation.
All projects shared within the Mic Mob must comply with this policy. For more info on this, see our Resources area.

The Voice Over Hub
The Voice Over Hub is a welcoming Discord community for voice actors at every stage of their journey, from complete beginners recording their first audition to seasoned professionals with years of experience.
